For sale: Arvo Mini cabin, previously used by us as an exhibition model. This is an A-frame, modern and clean-lined mini building emphasising design, light and simple structure. The cabin has only been used at fairs and demonstrations and has not been occupied or rented. It has been built specifically for display use.

The cabin is approximately 10 m² and its A-frame form makes the space feel open and tall relative to its size. Large glazed surfaces bring plenty of natural light inside and make the cabin visually striking. The windows are 2-pane insulated glazing units, suitable for a building of this size.

The cabin is suitable as a guest cabin, for glamping or other accommodation, a remote working space, a relaxation/lounge area or for events and display use. The building is easy to develop further and equip to suit individual needs, for example with heating, electrics or interior fittings.

The cabin is currently dismantled in Masku and already on a trailer. The trailer can be borrowed for transport to ease moving. The buyer is responsible for transport and reassembly.

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by leaving an offer with the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Completing the sale

The sale of real property must be executed in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price will take place at the signing. The fee for the attesting officer will be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A party that refuses to proceed with the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
