Work trips are over, so I'm putting the BMW up for sale.


I've driven this to Gothenburg six times for work, once to Lapland, and it hasn't caused any problems.


Inspected on 05 November 2025 — almost a year of valid inspection left.


Repair recommendation: front-left dog bone/control arm (not replaced), engine oil leak (drips a little from somewhere, hasn't caused problems), and the centre brake light does not work.


I bought brand-new studded tyres in November; there are no summer tyres.


All equipment works except the central locking — maybe the batteries are dead etc. Manual key works.


It starts even in very cold conditions, so the glow plugs are fine.


Big pile of receipts included — for example, in recent years all injectors have been repaired and a new turbo fitted, etc.


The gearbox doesn't clunk and shifts smoothly; surprisingly powerful too!


Fitted with the best 2.0 diesel available for this model, the M47.
