The Jalas 1808 Ice Track safety boots are insulated, long-legged safety boots designed for very demanding conditions. They fit excellently and protect the foot effectively from impacts, sole penetration and cold. The highest-protection Jalas 1808 Ice Track boots are ideal for outdoor and winter use, harsh and cold environments and situations where there is a risk of sole penetration or toe injuries. The protection features meet the EN ISO 20345:2011 safety class S3. An aluminium toe cap protects the toes from falling objects and compression, and a puncture-resistant midsole made of plasma‑treated composite (PTC) stops sharp objects penetrating the sole. The leather upper with a polyurethane coating is durable and water-repellent. The footwear is antistatic and safely dissipates static electricity. Jalas’ effective Ergothan shock absorption and double shock-absorption zones, a roomy last and a pull loop make them very comfortable to wear. A bio-ceramic fur lining together with an aluminium foil layer insulate efficiently and keep feet warm. The boots have a warm insole. The rubber outsole gives excellent grip on slippery surfaces. The shaft is padded for comfort and the antibacterial inner fibre prevents odours. Lacing allows a secure fit.
