Mystery parcels sold by weight. The items are used.

Parcels are sold by weight as follows:

• €20 = 1.5 kg

• €40 = 3.0 kg

• €60 = 4.5 kg

• €80 = 6.0 kg

• €100 = 7.5 kg

• and continuing with the same ratio, i.e. €20 = 1.5 kg

• You decide how many kilos of mystery parcels you want. Each parcel weighs at least the corresponding amount or it may be heavier but not lighter. Weight includes the product, packaging and packing materials.

The parcel(s) may contain:

• Bankruptcy estate items

• Residual batches

• Uncollected shipments

• Surplus stock

• Customer returns, etc.

• A parcel may include electronics, household items, hand and power tools, etc.

• Shipping cost is the same regardless of weight or number of parcels

• Shipments of more than one parcel are delivered to the buyer's home

Items can be delivered with Kiitolinja, car transporter or Matkahuolto depending on the item, with the buyer paying all transport, shipping and packing costs. Delivery outside mainland Finland is possible for an extra charge. For returned uncollected items we charge the same shipping fee that was charged for the item for both the return to us and the re-shipment. Items must be collected within 3 working days of the auction end or at the time stated in the notice (where collection is possible). After this we charge storage at €10/day.

The shipping cost includes:

• Packing materials

• Packing (staff costs)

• Creation of shipping labels

• Matkahuolto collects the parcels from us

• The actual transport

• etc.

• Shipping costs also include the value added tax payable to the state of 25.5%

• These costs cannot be included in the item price in the auction as online stores do, because the price is not fixed. The winning bid and shipping costs are the total price of the item delivered, including VAT.

• Multiple items may be packed in the same parcel
