Speak-to-Chat automatically pauses music and lets ambient sound in when you start speaking, so you can focus on a chat while keeping the earbuds in. When the conversation ends, playback resumes automatically. Speak-to-Chat uses an accelerometer to detect and respond to your voice and relies on Precise Voice Pickup technology, which combines four microphones and sensors with advanced audio signal processing.

Clear, crisp calls. Precise Voice Pickup uses omni-directional microphones and bone-conduction sensors so your voice is heard clearly during hands-free calls—at home, in a café or wherever you are. Noise cancellation also helps you hear the other person more clearly in noisy environments.

With noise cancelling off you can enjoy up to 12 hours of battery life, and the case provides an additional 24 hours. With noise cancelling on the earbuds offer 8 + 16 hours of playback. A 5-minute quick charge gives up to one hour of extra playback. Qi support allows wireless charging on compatible pads.
