Recently acquired and well‑serviced king of the woods, Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4 with a 3.0 D‑4D engine.

Tested on a drive in deep snow — four‑wheel drive, gearbox, engine and drivetrain all work nicely. The Webasto heater also fires up. These are the most important things in this type of vehicle.

The body needs some work if you want it really tidy, but nothing surprising for a work vehicle with almost 500,000 km. Overall appearance still quite pleasant.

Defects and other observations

On a short test drive we noted the following:

  • Drives very satisfactorily. Tested in snow — 4WD, low‑range gearbox and centre lock work. Pulls nicely.

  • Engine starts well, and the gearbox/drivetrain does not bang or rattle. Technically it therefore appears very solid. The body shows signs of use.

The car has not been subject to a technical condition inspection by us and not all equipment functions have been tested. There may be latent faults we did not detect on the test drive. You are welcome to inspect the vehicle more closely before placing a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
