Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are at the time of sale and they are not eligible for return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks the storage fee is €10/day/pallet.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or an authorised representative.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding purchase or an unpaid winning bid.
