We made the Premium Hot Tub even better! "Premium" means first-rate, high-quality and above average. Those were the words on our flipchart when we started designing a higher-quality, spacious hot tub. From brainstorming we turned the idea into a product and so the Premium Hot Tub was born, with room to lounge thanks to its two-metre diameter! You can enjoy the luxurious space alone, but the Premium Hot Tub also fits the whole friend group. Children have room for lively water play in this quality giant. We improved the Premium Hot Tub further by adding a step that makes it easier to use, creating the Premium Step In Hot Tub so children and elderly can get in and out more easily to cool off. User-friendly, versatile Step In step

You wouldn't think a single plastic step could serve so many purposes, but it does. We designed a Step In step to make entering the tub easier. The step naturally helps getting into and out of the tub, but it also works as a seat for a smaller child if their head would otherwise sink under the water. Parents can relax more in the tub when the child has a step of their own size and shape. In use, we've also found the step serves as a handy handrail — the step makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub a convenient lounging spot. The Step In solution makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub suitable for all ages and eases bathing for those with limited mobility.

Premium class brings extra size to your tub

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka we manufacture quality hot tubs, but the Premium series takes it a step further thanks to its large size. In the Premium series you get a bigger tub, which means first-rate, premium-level comfort. In smaller tubs legs can easily get tangled in the middle, but an extra 30–40 centimetres of diameter works wonders! The water volume doesn't increase significantly and the Premium Step In Hot Tub reaches bathing temperature in almost the same time as smaller tubs. A wealth of choices

We apologise in advance if we make buying a tub slightly complicated — but it's a good problem. You get to make choices so that your Premium Step In Hot Tub is tailored to your taste. You can choose the plastic tub colour from five options. It doesn't stop there: you can also choose the exterior cladding from three materials and pick the lid colour between black and grey. The tub colour palette is inspired by nature, offering options such as sea blue or lichen grey. All colour schemes are compatible and work well together.

Insulation for northern conditions

To achieve first-rate insulation we wrapped the Premium Step In Hot Tub in proper thermal layers. Under the plastic tub there is 44 centimetres of EPS insulation, which keeps frost at bay and the bathing water warm even in colder winter weather. We also added a generous layer of thermo‑plastic to the tub sides so the edges are insulated too. This highly efficient hot tub preserves heat so well that a well‑covered Premium Step In Hot Tub remains warm the next day. For winter bathing we recommend one load of wood before the next day's bath. Chlorine tablets thrown into the water after the previous evening's bath also freshen the water for the next session. Then just enjoy again — or if there are children, carry on with the fun.

Hot and efficient

Our efficient marine‑grade aluminium Arctic heater warms the water to bathing temperature in a couple of hours. The 35 kW heater is durable and conducts heat well. The heater features a decorative glass hatch so the wood‑fired tub casts a beautiful glow without needing to open the hatch to check the fire.

Hyvän Kaupan Paikka's aluminium heaters are made in Finland. The powerful heater copes even with seawater, so both fresh and brackish water are suitable. Careful material choices make the heater a top product. The heater package includes two metres of flue pipe and a rain cap; if you want extra pipe, a chimney guard or a spark arrestor, see the accessories list.

Remember that chlorine is not recommended with marine‑grade aluminium as it oxidises the aluminium. We recommend changing the water regularly and using active oxygen tablets (see accessories). Active oxygen treats the water for about 24 hours, after which the water can be reused for watering as it contains no added chemicals and is safer for children. Non‑oxidised water easily forms a slimy film on the tub edges, but active oxygen prevents this process.

Carefree plastic tub

The uniquely shaped and ergonomically designed tub of the Premium Step In Hot Tub is rotationally moulded polyethylene by Jaxal. This plastic has memory — it keeps the shape it was moulded into. The low‑maintenance plastic tub is durable, and we therefore dare to offer a ten‑year warranty on it.

Because the plastic tub has no moulded seams, dirt cannot collect in particular spots. Remember to keep the tub surfaces clean when changing the water. This is easy with ordinary cleaning agents. Meticulous users may occasionally disinfect their tub, but please take care to dispose of wastewater correctly.
