Please note this auction is conducted by a bankruptcy estate. There is no warranty and the buyer has no right to exchange or return items. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The purchase price must be paid promptly once the bid is accepted and, in any case, before collection. The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection, handling, packing and removal and any related costs. The lot must be collected within 7 days of the auction closing. Collection must be arranged with the bankruptcy estate. If goods are not collected or paid for, they will revert to the seller's ownership after 7 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the paid purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details, so bid with the correct registration. Any later invoice changes or extra administrative work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer.
