The lot has not undergone a technical condition inspection by the bankruptcy estate. Other items visible in the photos are not included unless expressly stated. Please note this is an auction conducted by a bankruptcy estate. There is no warranty and the buyer has no right to exchange or return the item. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The purchase price must be paid immediately once a bid is accepted and, in any case, before collection. The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and related costs. The lot must be collected within 7 days of the auction closing. Collection must be agreed with the bankruptcy estate. Uncollected or unpaid goods revert to the seller's ownership after 7 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is done using the auction details, so bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequently issued invoices with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer.
