The infrared radiation produced by the Hottia diesel infrared heater warms solid materials in the heated area, which act as heat-accumulating and -evening materials. Heat then transfers evenly and comfortably from those materials to the surrounding space. The heat from Hottia heaters is never excessively hot. A multi-stage, very efficient combustion process and precisely controlled fuel supply ensure there are no unpleasant smells or carbon monoxide. Hottia heaters do not require a flue for exhaust gases if the heated space has sufficient and correctly implemented ventilation. For residential heating, it is recommended to use a flue that vents exhaust gases outdoors for safety.

Hottia heaters have been tested in German TÜV laboratories and certified to meet EU regulations.

Hottia diesel infrared heaters are particularly suitable for situations that require fast and effective heating. Their advantages and features are especially appreciated in professional use and they are popular on construction sites, in industrial halls, on terraces and in marquee halls. They are also ideal for summer cottages that are not heated when unoccupied or kept at only a few degrees as a base temperature.

Note! Use only winter-grade conventional fuel and ensure there are no particles in the fuel. Never use biodiesel, as it clogs the filters. This will ensure the heater operates correctly. Repairs caused by summer-grade fuel, biodiesel or dirty fuel are not covered by the warranty.
