Terms of Sale

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by a private sale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must pay the full purchase price immediately. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.


Sales conditions:

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
