The item is sold by uplift bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 1 February 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

If registration is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted. A written offer must be sent by post or email so that it reaches the Enforcement Authority no later than 27 January 2026 at 14:00. The email address is oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi and the postal address is Ulosottolaitos, Kajaani office, Lönnrotinkatu 2 A, 4th floor, 87100 Kajaani (open Tue and Thu 09:00–12:00). The written offer must state the bidder’s name, personal identity number/company ID and contact details, and the sales item. A written offer will be entered into the online auction as an uplift bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system performance. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold under distraint by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will notify the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Once the payment appears on the official account, the enforcement officer will make the sales decision and notify the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
