The item is sold by incremental bidding in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 15 January 2026 and 29 January 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids placed in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 January 2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi

The highest bidder must, without delay after acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official trust account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the trust account, the reference number RF98 3960 0000 0112 66 must be used. If the buyer whose bid has been accepted fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder is liable for any costs and the difference in price arising from a possible re-sale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment is not made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, late payment interest will be charged in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act.

The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be regarded as the purchaser.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item.

Buyers are strongly advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

The plough will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the purchased movable no later than 5 February 2026. The handover time must be agreed separately with the enforcement inspector handling the matter. The buyer must remove the purchased movable at their own expense and risk at the agreed handover time.
