Seized Jaakko grain dryer, Kouvola

The item is sold by competing bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 15/01/2026 and 29/01/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding period ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the www.huutokaupat.com service item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply to it as to the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28/01/2026 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The person who made the highest bid must, without delay after the bid is accepted, pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the escrow account, use reference RF11 3960 0000 0342 69. If the buyer whose bid has been accepted fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder shall be liable for any costs and the price difference resulting from a possible resale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment has not been made within the prescribed time, i.e. immediately after the bid is accepted, statutory late interest pursuant to Section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged.

The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder is considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing, where applicable, the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale. Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making an offer.

The grain dryer will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing took place once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must remove the purchased movable property no later than 05/02/2026. The handover date must still be agreed separately with the enforcement senior inspector handling the matter. The buyer must at their own cost and responsibility move the acquired movable property at the agreed handover time.
