The item is sold by incrementing bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 15 January 2026 and 29 January 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system operation. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer’s liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offered amount and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 January 2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The person making the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying into the escrow account, use reference RF44 3960 0000 0242 66. If the buyer who made the accepted bid fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder shall be liable for any costs and price difference arising from a possible new sale under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment is not made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, default interest under Section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged.

The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are urged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

The plough will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing took place once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the purchased movable item no later than 5 February 2026. The exact handover time must be agreed separately with the enforcement chief inspector handling the matter. The buyer must, at their own expense and responsibility, remove the acquired movable item at the agreed handover time.
