Test drive: On the test drive the mechanics seemed to work fairly well; there are a lot of kilometres on the clock, so no one should expect perfection.

Mechanics: The mechanics are functioning OK; in my experience the car starts even from very cold conditions. There is a brief one‑second rattling sound from beneath the gear lever when starting, which then stops — the gearbox otherwise seems to operate. We have not examined this further.

Tyres: Both sets of tyres are in good condition and should be usable for at least the next season.

Interior: The interior is a little dirty, with some stains on the seats.

Body condition: The body is quite tidy given the mileage. There is rust damage on the tailgate, which is common on this model.

Service history: The service history is unfortunately unclear; there is no service book. The previous user serviced the car himself approximately every 15,000 km and repaired issues as they arose; he was a former car mechanic. According to the owner, a service has just been carried out — this has been recorded in the car's memory and it now indicates the next service due in 14,800 km or 356 days (inspection service and oil change).
