Engine replaced under factory warranty at around 70,000 km (recorded in the service book and Audi database). Since then the engine has been driven just over 200,000 km. Timing chain was also replaced during the engine swap.

The timing chain does not rattle.

Plugs replaced about 10,000 km ago (NGK, original quality).

Summer wheels are different 18-inch (457 mm) Audi wheels than pictured.

Defects and other observations

During four years of use there have been some electrical faults, but they have been repaired as they appeared (e.g. original oxidised relays were replaced).

Small surface corrosion in the front arches; treated with a rust converter to prevent spreading.

The starter may need replacing in the near future. A replacement starter is included and can be fitted directly.

The plastic rear bumper has a couple of small dents with cracked paint.

The remote on one of the two keys doesn't work; one new key is included.
