Take into account any pickup time mentioned in the listing and the section of our terms of sale regarding collection. If an item is not collected within the time limit, we will charge the buyer the transport and storage costs determined under our terms of sale and/or the listing.

Changes to listings

The seller reserves the right to modify the listing to correct errors or to provide additional information before the auction end time and will endeavour to communicate changes where possible. The customer is obliged to check the listing for changes before placing a bid.

Collection of items

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, the seller will charge a reasonable storage fee for any period exceeding five working days from the acceptance of the bid, and any packing and transport costs arising from storage. If accumulated storage fees exceed the bid amount, the seller may consider the sale cancelled and retain the paid purchase price as compensation. The item must be paid for prior to collection in accordance with Huutokaupat.com Online Auction terms of use.

Transfer of ownership

Ownership of the sold item transfers to the buyer only when it has been collected in accordance with the terms of sale, or when it has been handed to be transported by the seller. In this respect the terms of sale deviate from the general Huutokaupat.com Online Auction terms of use.

The receipt will be under the name used to place the bid.

By placing a bid the buyer agrees to the above terms.
