A neat and stylish Ford Mondeo with a durable 2-litre diesel engine! Long test drive completed and found to be very steady and reliable. Started easily when cold and ran smoothly. Power (all 140 hp ≈ 103 kW) intact and it tracks straight on the road. Gearbox is in good shape with seamless shifts in the automatic. Very pleasant to drive. A wheel bearing is noisy but a new part is included with the car. Thoroughly serviced and all services recorded in the service book. Currently on good studded winter tyres with alloy wheels and the sale includes good summer tyres on alloy wheels. Equipment includes, for example, a working Webasto with remote, towbar, half-leather/Alcantara seats, air conditioning and cruise control. Surprisingly tidy bodywork apart from a few small scratches and marks. The wheel bearing is noisy but a new part is included. Most importantly rust-free and mechanically sound — the signs of use only add character when driving. Never smoked in or used to transport animals. Also included as a freebie is an LED auxiliary light in the car. Comprehensive service history. Next inspection not until July 2026.
