Terms of Sale

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer pursuant to section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.
