From auction: a daily-driven Saab 9-3! It is powered by a 1.9‑litre turbodiesel engine paired with a 6‑speed manual gearbox. This combination offers economical fuel consumption on trips. On starting the engine it runs a little roughly and, in cold weather, a jump starter was needed. Battery possibly in need of replacement? No further inspection carried out. Otherwise the car appears generally sound for a 2009 model with just under 330,000 km. So bid for a practical everyday car or a first car!

The car was with the previous owner from spring 2021 before coming to us and has passed all inspections at the first attempt. The last inspection on 27 March 2025 passed without remarks; the odometer read 313,000 km then. Next inspection due by 30 March 2026!

On a short test drive we made the following observations:

• The drivetrain appears intact

• In cold weather it required a boost to start on the driveway (possibly a faulty battery; not investigated further). Once started the idle is steady

We have not carried out a technical condition inspection and not all features have been tested. The car may have latent faults that we did not detect during the test drive and inspection.
