The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a 12 m² (3000 x 4000 mm) modular, easy-to-install pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. Comprehensive delivery contents mean you only need a screwdriver/driver to assemble the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×4 prefabricated terrace consists of elements that make it quick and easy to install. Visually and in durability it matches a traditional site-built terrace.

Patio Classic is elegantly simple in appearance; the decking is continuous, without end joints. The decking is made from a solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated deck board. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; the low-foot version is supplied with a single edge-board skirt. The high-foot version is supplied with two edge-board skirts.

The terrace is delivered as four finished elements, each 1000 mm x 3000 mm. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Assembly is easy; for installation you only need a screwdriver/driver. Everything else is included.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small unevenness on site and minor ground level variations. The low adjustable foot allows up to 40 mm height variation, the high foot up to 80 mm. Depending on the feet used, the terrace height is 266–306 mm (low feet) or 306–386 mm (high feet) from the ground to the top surface. The delivery includes a weed-control fabric to place under the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt and fixing the next element in place. The elements are joined with screw connections. The connection method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required driver bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easy to extend and equip later, for example with balustrades. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that additions are easy to fit post‑installation.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A‑grade pressure‑treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame are treated with wood preservative and the screw connections are made with stainless steel screws. The Patio prefabricated terrace has a five-year structural warranty.
