The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 9 m² (3,000 × 3,000 mm) pressure-treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. Complete delivery contents — you only need a screwdriver/driver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×3 prefabricated terrace is made from elements for an easy and fast installation. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional, site-built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance: the decking is continuous, without end seams. The decking is made from a solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure-treated terrace board. The edge boards are installed horizontally; the terrace supplied with low adjustable feet has one perimeter edge board, while the version with high adjustable feet has two perimeter edge boards.

The terrace is supplied as three ready-made elements, each 1,000 mm × 3,000 mm. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by two people.

Installation is straightforward — for installation you only need a screwdriver/driver. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small unevenness at the installation site and minor ground level changes. The low adjustable foot allows up to 40 mm of height variation; the high adjustable foot allows up to 80 mm. The terrace height from ground to top surface is, depending on foot choice, 266–306 mm with low feet or 306–386 mm with high feet. The delivery includes a weed-suppressing underlay for beneath the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt and fixing the next element in place. Elements are joined with screw connections. The joining method is strong and the terrace does not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easy to extend and equip, for example with terrace railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so additions are easy to fit later.

The terrace frame is made of efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A-grade pressure-treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame are treated with wood preservative and screw joints are made with stainless screws. Patio prefabricated terraces have a five-year structural frame warranty.
