Safe felling requires great care and precision. Forget felling bars, old‑fashioned wedges, strap‑ratchets and chance. The Jokijärvi felling wedge can be used in several ways: with a battery impact wrench, a ratchet wrench or a high‑power cordless tool. Easy to carry.

The device is simple: once the felling direction is chosen and the required felling notch is cut, the wedge is inserted into the saw cut and the trigger is pressed. The threaded rod driven by the cordless tool pushes the wedge forward between stainless steel lamellae, opening the saw cut and causing the tree to fall in the desired direction.

The mechanical felling director generates the force to fell trees precisely in the chosen direction easily and without tiring the faller. The safety distance must be twice the length of the tree being felled. A single 4 Ah battery can fell dozens of trees.
