Bidding period ends 21 January 2026 at 13:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the service lot number in Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 January 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Vaasa unit, address Korsholmanpuistikko 45, 65100 VAASA, or by e‑mail to erto.vaasa.uo@oikeus.fi.
