Defects and other observations

On a short test drive we made the following observations:


  • Faulty parking sensors – a fairly common issue on these. Not inspected further.

  • There is a slight vibration/grinding at certain speeds. The previous owner and I suspect the driveshaft centre bearing or rag joint. A rear wheel bearing is also possible. Has produced this noise for some time and it passed inspection like this last month.

  • Warning for licence plate lights.


  • Technical condition feels lively; the car is firm to drive. Fuel-efficient engine. With a little tidying it's a great car, or ready to drive as-is just as the previous owner used it.


The car has not been subject to a technical inspection by us and not all equipment has been tested. There may be latent faults we did not detect on the test drive. You may inspect the car in more detail before making a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
