For sale FOR REPAIR OR SPARES. A decent project for someone competent. At this mileage and price it still makes sense to repair the car, or else to dismantle it.


Mercedes-Benz E220. Seems technically functional based on a 200 km test drive.

Gearbox and engine run. The car has an aftermarket subwoofer, amplifier, 2‑DIN display head unit with Bluetooth, and an engine block heater. Winter tyres fitted; sold with one set of wheels. Roadworthy condition, requires spacers and long bolts at the front. A few wheel bolts are missing. Windscreen intact. Injector lower seals do not leak; no oil leak visible under the engine. Undertray panels are removed — included, together with the nuts and screws removed from the car.


Recently replaced: thermostat, right front spring, cabin air filter, engine air filter, left front ABS tone ring and ABS sensor. Also recently replaced: exhaust pipe, alternator. Included are new rear arch panels, an oil filter, a left front spring, a track rod end and two rear trailing arms.


Faults observed;


Left front wheel arch / strut tower has rust damage. Right side repaired.


Right rear trailing arm has rust damage.


Front control arm has play.


Track rod end has play.


Rear wheel arch lips are rusty.


Rust damage around the boot floor.


ABS warning light is on.


Exhaust joint is leaking.


Left front headlight flickers; LED bulbs installed.


Ignition barrel recognises the key only when the key is fully inserted and a button on the key is pressed. Battery replaced. Central locking works.
