For sale: a rarer high-performance Alfa Romeo 159 JTDm. This example is an estate, 147 kW and automatic. Notable equipment includes automatic climate control, an engine block heater useful in winter, a towbar for towing and cruise control. The car is excellent to drive. I sold this car to a friend first in 2020 and to another friend in 2022, so the recent history is fairly well known. It has circulated among a couple of Italian-car enthusiasts. Technical:

• The car appears to be in proper working order. No warning lights, power intact, drives well.

• The engine is a 2.4-litre diesel. Timing components replaced in summer 2025 at about 247,000 km. Oil and coolant levels OK. No mixing of fluids. Good running sound, starts well. No error lights. Charging OK.

• Gearbox is automatic. Shifts properly. No issues noted.

• Brakes OK, including the parking brake. The car stops well. The handbrake was repaired for inspection in summer.

• Undercarriage/suspension OK; the car drives well. The power steering pump was noisy and was replaced in 2024.

Body, interior, windscreen

• Bodywork is OK. Normal age-related wear and similar marks present.

• Interior OK, no major notes. Driver’s seat heater switch is not in place.

• Windscreen OK.

Service history:
- Sold new in Finland. No accident history or similar. Service history documented. Well maintained; last serviced by the previous owner.
