Inspection of the property
Before submitting an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and papers, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the closing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are borne by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

Under the Land Code, a buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to completing the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
