Warranty:

If you find cracked tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not subject to return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner, or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a 10% compensation fee of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid winning bid.
