The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quickly and easily installed 9 m² (3000 × 3000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. Complete delivery contents — you only need a screwdriver/driver to assemble the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×3 prefabricated terrace consists of elements and is a simple, quick-to-install terrace solution. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional, site-built terrace.

Patio Classic has an elegant, understated look; the decking is continuous with no end joints. The deck is made from robust 145 mm wide pressure‑treated decking boards. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace delivered with low adjustable feet comes with a single edge-board wrap. A terrace with high adjustable feet comes with two edge-board wraps.

The terrace is delivered as three ready-made elements sized 1000 mm × 3000 mm. Each terrace element is light enough for two people to carry and manoeuvre.

Assembly is simple — you only need a screwdriver/driver for installation. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on top of concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small irregularities in the installation surface and minor ground level variations. The low adjustable foot allows for up to 40 mm of height variation; the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height, measured from ground to top surface, is 266–306 mm with low feet and 306–386 mm with high feet. The delivery includes a weed-suppressing underlay for beneath the terrace. Installation is done by placing the elements in position one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fitting the next element. Elements are joined together with screw connections. The joint method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required driver bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easily extendable and can be fitted with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that fitting equipment later is straightforward.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A‑grade pressure‑treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame are treated with wood preservative and screw connections use stainless‑acid resistant screws. The Patio prefabricated terrace includes a five-year frame warranty.
