The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a 12 m2 (3000×4000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace delivered in elements for quick and easy installation. Ideal if you value your time and good quality. Comprehensive delivery contents mean you only need a screwdriver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×4 prefabricated terrace consists of elements and is quick and easy to install. Its appearance and durability match those of a traditional, on‑site built terrace.

Patio Classic has a clean, simple appearance. The decking is continuous without end joins. The decking is made from a solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated board. Edge boards are fitted horizontally; the version with low adjustable feet is delivered with a single edge board run. The version with high adjustable feet is delivered with two edge board runs.

The terrace is delivered as four ready 1000 mm × 3000 mm elements. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is straightforward; you only need a screwdriver for the work. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small site level variations and minor ground height differences. The low adjustable foot allows up to 40 mm of variation, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. Depending on the feet used, the terrace height is 266–306 mm or 306–386 mm from ground to top surface. Delivery includes a weed‑prevention underlay for beneath the terrace. Installation is carried out by placing the elements in position one at a time, adjusting the height and tilt, and fitting the next element. The elements are joined with screw connections. The connection method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the necessary screwdriver bits are included in the delivery.

The Patio prefabricated terrace can be easily extended and fitted with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so fittings can also be added afterwards.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground‑contact suitable A‑grade pressure‑treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with preservative and screw connections are made with stainless screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five‑year frame warranty.
