The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 9 m² (3000 × 3000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery is comprehensive — you only need a cordless screwdriver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×3 prefabricated terrace is made from elements and is a fast, easy-to-install terrace solution. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional, site-built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance; the decking is continuous without end joints. The decking is made from a solid and sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated terrace board. Edge boards are fitted horizontally; the terrace with low adjustable feet is supplied with a single run of perimeter boards. The version with high adjustable feet is supplied with two runs of perimeter boards.

The terrace is supplied as three ready-made elements, each 1000 mm × 3000 mm. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by two people.

Installation is straightforward — you only need a screwdriver for the installation work. Everything else is included.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small unevenness in the installation area and minor ground level variations. The low adjustable foot allows height variation up to 40 mm; the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height from ground to top surface is, depending on feet, 266–306 mm with low feet or 306–386 mm with high feet. The delivery includes a weed-control fabric to prevent weeds growing under the terrace. Installation is done by placing the elements one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fixing the next element into place. Elements are joined with screws. The joint method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and required driver bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easily extendable and can be fitted with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that adding equipment later is easy.

The frame is made from efficiently protected, A‑grade pressure‑treated timber suitable for ground contact. Cut surfaces of the frame are treated with wood preservative and the screw joints are made with stainless steel screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five-year frame warranty.
