The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 12 m2 (3000 × 4000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. Comprehensive delivery contents — you only need a screwdriver/drill to fit the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×4 prefabricated terrace consists of elements and is an easy and quick-to-install terrace solution. It matches the look and durability of a traditional site-built terrace.

The Patio Classic is stylishly simple in appearance; the decking is continuous without end joints. The decking is made from a solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated decking board. Edge boards are fitted horizontally; the terrace with low adjustable feet is delivered with a single edge-board run. The version with high adjustable feet is delivered with two edge-board runs.

The terrace is delivered as four finished elements measuring 1000 mm × 3000 mm each. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is straightforward; you only need a screwdriver/drill. Everything else is included.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small surface irregularities and minor ground level variations. The low adjustable foot allows height variation up to 40 mm, the high foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height, depending on the feet, is 266–306 mm with low feet, or 306–386 mm with high feet measured from ground to top surface. Delivery includes a weed‑suppressing fabric to prevent weeds under the terrace. Install by lifting the elements into place one by one, adjusting height and tilt, and fitting the next element. Elements are joined with screw connections. The joint method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and required screwdriver bits are included.

Patio prefabricated terraces are easy to expand and equip, for example with terrace railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that fittings can be added later.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground‑contact suitable A‑grade pressure‑treated timber. Cut surfaces have been treated with a wood preservative and screw connections use stainless steel screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five‑year frame guarantee.
