Terms of Sale

The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 16/12/2025 and 30/12/2025. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.


The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.


Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.


The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.


After acceptance of a bid, the buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price to the enforcement officer. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the buyer after the bid has been accepted.


Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.
