• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Goods come from active use or storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection by bidders Bidders must inspect the item, related company documents and papers before placing a bid. A buyer cannot later raise an issue that could have been noticed on prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price excludes deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchases.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of auction end unless otherwise agreed in writing before bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late collection fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per started day will be charged for the delay.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without entitlement to refund. The goods revert to the seller’s control, who may relist them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
