The item is sold as a private sale between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the transaction.

• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been professionally inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are sold directly from use or storage. The seller has described the item for the listing. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item and any company documents before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim defects that would have been apparent during an inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick‑up and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Note that each successful bid may have its own collection fee; if there are several wins, collection fees must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods Items come from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final — check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Detaching utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the bid. Collection is on business days.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each started day beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without entitlement to refund. The item returns to the seller's control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference if the resale price is lower, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller assures that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
