Please note that a well-maintained item is not new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is as good as new with no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair's upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or some wear on the base. An electric desk's top may have a small scratch/light wear or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chair's upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk's top may have more visible scratches or marks and/or frame scratches. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but may be slightly stiffer, e.g. on a chair. Often an older model and the upholstery may be faded compared with new, but a functioning chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair's upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base scratched. An electric desk's top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on a chair.

Won lots must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be sent to the winning bidder by email.

If the item is delivered, its delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.
