The lot is sold by sealed bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 6 January 2026 at 16:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider's system. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may result in buyer liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid. A bid is binding and cannot be withdrawn. See the general auction terms for details on bid binding and buyer liability. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider's system.

If the highest bid is accepted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance to the Enforcement Authority's official account. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and provide separate payment instructions. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the bidder will be regarded as the buyer. If payment is not made within the time specified, the buyer must pay late interest on the full purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the full price has been paid or a new sale has been completed. The current late interest rate is 9.50%. Interest may be adjusted semi‑annually on the interest adjustment date.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer in a public official sale (Enforcement Code, Ch. 5:76) conducted as an online auction, in accordance with the general auction terms and the specific sales conditions stated in the sales brochure, as applicable.

Prospective buyers are advised to examine the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before bidding. The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price.
