• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or from storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a professional inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder must, before placing a bid, familiarise themselves with the item and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a pre-auction inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold with no seller warranty, exchange or returns. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com via email. Please note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new, so faults and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters related to your purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. The sale includes vehicles that may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per commenced day of delay.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be deemed to have abandoned their purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as is, but the seller assures that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
