• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, company-related documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or returns. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check any related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and MOT/inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the bid. Collections are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage charge of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per commenced day will be charged.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is regarded as having abandoned the purchase with no right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the original and the new lower price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or returns

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller states that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
