• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects that were not noticed when creating the listing may exist.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder must inspect the premises, company documents and related paperwork before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or return right is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each winning bid has its own pickup fee; if you have multiple wins, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all potentially relevant matters before finalising your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction closes. Collections take place on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items within the deadline, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per started day beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have forfeited the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller's control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• you should inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the seller is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
