• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must, before placing a bid, familiarise themselves with the lot, the company’s documents and related paperwork. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been identified during pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each lot may have its own pickup fee; if you win several lots you must pay the pickup fee for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for transportation and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collections are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (total €50.20) will be charged per commenced day of delay.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be deemed to have forfeited the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller’s control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the original and the resale price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is" – the seller states that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
