• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Items are from use or storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and records related to the item before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "shipping methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for transporting and loading items away.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection days are weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect items within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (total €50.20) will be charged per started day overdue.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sale terms applying to this auction before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the seller warrants that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
