The item for sale is used (not new)

The item is sold as shown in the listing, in the condition and with the accessories shown in the pictures and at the time of sale.

Other items / loose property seen in the pictures are not included unless explicitly stated in the sales text.

No warranty is provided for the product.

The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The item does not carry the usual 14-day withdrawal/exchange right under consumer distance-selling law.

The auctioned item may have hidden defects that the seller has not noticed.

The auction organiser is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the product or the listing.

The buyer is fully responsible for the use of the products in accordance with general safety regulations.

It is also entirely the buyer's responsibility that the product and its use comply with applicable safety regulations at all times.

If a machine or device does not meet occupational safety regulations, such items will be sold for scrap or for repair to bring them into proper condition. After the sale, the buyer is responsible for any use, maintenance and repairs of such equipment.

If the buyer wishes to inspect the item on site, arrange a viewing in advance by calling Mekry Oy and it will be scheduled as possible.

The buyer arranges and pays for transport and collects the item from its current location at their own expense.

Payment is due within 1 day (24 hours) of acceptance of the highest bid. If payment is not made within that period, the auction organiser has the right to cancel the sale, even if payment has already been made by the buyer.

Collection need not be rushed; times can be arranged flexibly if required.

Collection can also be arranged flexibly in the evenings and at weekends.

Lifting onto transport with a forklift is possible free of charge at collection.
