High-yield, six-stage Adwasys RO370-UV reverse osmosis unit with UV sterilisation for drinking water purification.

The Adwasys 370RO-UV makes freshwater potable without chemicals. The powerful unit can produce up to 370 litres of clean water per day. The six-stage process removes up to 99.99% of contaminants, viruses and bacteria. The package includes accessories, filters, a water tank and a drinking-water tap.

The reverse osmosis purification system is based on a series of pre- and post-filters and a reverse-osmosis membrane that only pure water molecules can pass through. The final stage is a Phillips UV light that sterilises viruses and bacteria.

The unit features automatic flushing and is maintenance-free, except for filter replacements and possible long-term storage and recommissioning. The system produces water into a pressurised 11-litre tank from which it is immediately available.

Six-stage purification process:

1. STAGE 1: Pre-filtration

• 5 µm polypropylene fine filter removes solids such as pollen and fine sand

• Protects the subsequent filters

2. STAGE 2: Activated carbon filtration (granular)

• Granular activated carbon removes chlorine, taste and odour

3. STAGE 3: Activated carbon filtration (pressed type)

• 1 µm activated carbon filter refines water quality by enhancing earlier filters, removing heavy metals, humic substances and organic compounds

• Further removes taste and odour

4. STAGE 4: Reverse osmosis membrane

• 0.1 µm osmosis membrane cartridge (Vontron) 100 GPD (≈ 378 litres/day)

• Main purification occurs by forcing water through the membrane

5. STAGE 5: Mineralisation

• The final mineral filter corrects pH towards neutral and refreshes taste by adding small amounts of calcium and magnesium.

6. STAGE 6: UV sterilisation

• Removes all organic contaminants and ensures the water is safe to drink

A comprehensive spare filter set is available for the unit: Adwasys F370 replacement filter pack, and a spare UV lamp bulb as a replacement part.
