The object is sold by bidding in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 03/12/2025 - 12/12/2025. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 12/12/2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority does not guarantee the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment feature. The written bid must be delivered no later than 11/12/2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at:

A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates.

If a bid cannot be made via the Huutokaupat.com portal, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The written bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic increment. The written bid must be submitted no later than 11/12/2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority at the address:

A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, following, where applicable, the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the lot and the sales brochure before making an offer.

The gym chattels may be collected after payment of the purchase price. Collection must be agreed separately with Senior Enforcement Inspector Mikko Virta.
Appeals against the sale and actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on appeals are attached to the sales decision.

Payment terms:
The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction.

The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the escrow account, use reference RF43 3960 0001 4962 59.
