The seller will announce acceptance or rejection of the lot by 14/12/2025 at 20:00 at the latest.


The buyer is responsible for loading and moving the lot on site. No assistance is provided by the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be collected on 17/12/2025 between 09:00 and 15:00. Collection at any other time is not possible.


The lot is on the fourth floor; there is a small lift. CABINETS WILL NOT FIT IN THE LIFT and must be carried down the stairs.


Enter the building through the door circled in the last photo. The building is in the courtyard and there is good vehicle access in front.


The lot must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance; a receipt must be presented on collection.


After acceptance of the bid the buyer will receive settlement and collection details by email (Huutokaupat.com email, “instructions for the collector” field)
