The seller will notify acceptance/rejection of the lot by 14 December 2025 at 20:00 at the latest.


The buyer is responsible for loading and moving the item on site. No assistance is provided by the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be collected on 17 December 2025 between 09:00 and 15:00. Collection at other times is not possible.


The item is on the fourth floor; there is a small lift.


Access to the building is via the door circled in the last photo. The building is in the courtyard and there is ample space for a vehicle in front of it.


The lot must be paid within 24 hours of acceptance; receipt must be presented when collecting the item.
